Katie Conley is the founder and licensed general contractor behind Moxie Builders, and one of the few female contractors in the Monterey Bay region. With a background spanning both residential and commercial construction, Katie brings a detailed, design-forward perspective to every project. Her approach blends technical expertise with a deep respect for craftsmanship and collaboration, ensuring that each client’s vision is built with integrity from the ground up.
